Hawaiian Roll Garlic Bread
Ingredients
12-pack Hawaiian rolls
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions đŽ
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
Prepare the rolls: Without separating the rolls, slice them in half horizontally, creating a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom layer in the prepared baking dish.
Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Assemble the garlic bread: Brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the bottom layer of rolls. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the buttered rolls, then place the top layer of rolls back on top. Brush the remaining garlic butter over the top of the rolls. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley. Serve warm and enjoy!
