Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken
This creamy garlic Parmesan chicken is rich, flavorful, and perfect for a cozy night in. It’s a one-pan dish with tender chicken in a luxurious garlic Parmesan sauce!
Ingredients:
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (optional)
• Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
1. Season & Sear Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder, stirring until cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
4. Add Spinach & Chicken: If using, add spinach to the sauce and stir until wilted. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to let flavors meld.
5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
