Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos Chicken – this is an epic flavor combo!
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crushed Doritos
1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
Prepare the Chicken:
Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast by cutting horizontally through the thickest part, being careful not to cut all the way through. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Make the Filling:
In a bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
Stuff the Chicken:
Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese and bacon mixture, securing the opening with toothpicks to keep the filling inside.

Place the crushed Doritos in a shallow bowl. Roll each stuffed chicken breast in the crushed Doritos, pressing lightly to coat them evenly.
Bake the Chicken:
Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the Doritos are crispy.
