Ingredients
1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt if you want it lighter)
1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained, if canned)
1 cup pineapple chunks (drained, if canned)
½ cup maraschino cherries (halved and drained)
½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional, for a bit of crunch)
Instructions
1. Mix the Base: In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, mini marshmallows, and shredded coconut until well combined.
2. Fold in the Fruit: Gently fold in the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and cherries to avoid breaking them up too much.
