Hawaiian Banana Bread – Moist, Tropical & Totally Irresistible!
A soft, sweet banana bread infused with coconut, pineapple, and macadamia nuts for a tropical twist!
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
¾ cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 bananas)
½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup shredded coconut
½ cup chopped macadamia nuts (optional)
¼ cup milk
Directions:
Preheat Oven – Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients – In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Prepare Wet Ingredients – In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, and shredded coconut.
Combine & Fold – Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently. Fold in macadamia nuts and milk until just combined.
Bake – Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
