Ingredients:
Ribeye steak, about 1-inch thick
2 tablespoons herbed butter (combine softened butter with chopped parsley, chives, and a squeeze of lemon)
4-5 small potatoes, halved
1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional: garlic powder and onion powder for extra seasoning
Instructions:
Prepare the Steak:
Season the steak generously with salt, pepper, and optional garlic and onion powder.
Let it rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
Cook the Potatoes:
Toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Roast in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
Grill the Steak:
Heat a grill pan over high heat. Add the steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust according to your preference.

Cook the Green Beans:
