Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails
Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
¼ cup unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves (minced)
½ cup heavy cream
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the top shell and pulling the meat out to sit on top. Melt butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add garlic, and cook until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and lemon juice, simmering until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper. Place lobster tails in the skillet, spooning sauce over the meat.
