Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones

Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 package refrigerated pizza dough
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Olive oil spray
Directions:
Begin by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut it into circles, about 6 inches in diameter. Place a generous spoonful of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto one half of each dough circle, leaving a border around the edge.
Fold the other half of the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape. Press the edges together to seal, and use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch. Brush the tops of the calzones with the beaten egg and lightly spray with olive oil.
Carefully place the calzones in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked, remove the calzones from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious Chicken Alfredo Air Fryer Calzones!
