White Chocolate-Strawberry Tiramisu
A fresh and indulgent twist on the classic tiramisu, this dessert combines creamy white chocolate, mascarpone, and juicy strawberries, perfect for any special gathering!
Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup (4 oz) mascarpone cheese
9 oz white baking chocolate, melted and cooled
1 cup confectioners’ sugar, divided
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 packages (3 oz each) ladyfingers, split
2/3 cup orange juice
4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare Whipped Cream:
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
Make Creamy Mixture:
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and mascarpone until light and fluffy.
Add the melted white chocolate, 1/2 cup of confectioners’ sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold in 2 cups of the whipped cream until smooth and creamy.
Layer the Tiramisu:
Brush half of the ladyfingers with half of the orange juice and arrange them in a 13×9-inch dish.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the ladyfingers, and then layer with half of the sliced strawberries.
Brush the remaining ladyfingers with the remaining orange juice and arrange them over the strawberry layer.
Add Topping:
Gently mix the remaining 1/2 cup of confectioners’ sugar into the remaining cream cheese mixture.
Fold in the remaining whipped cream and spread it over the ladyfingers.
Top with the remaining strawberries.
Chill & Serve:
Cover the tiramisu and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld together.
Before serving, drizzle with chocolate syrup for an extra touch of sweetness (optional).
