• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• Oil for frying

For the Honey Butter Sauce:

• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter

🔥 Instructions 🔥

1. Marinate the Chicken: 🥛
• In a large bowl, place the chicken drumsticks 🍗 and cover them with buttermilk 🥛.
• Let it marinate for at least 1 hour (or overnight for extra tenderness!) ⏲️.

2. Prepare the Coating: 🌾
• In another bowl, mix together the flour 🌾, salt 🧂, black pepper 🌶️, paprika 🌶️, and garlic powder 🧄.

3. Coat the Chicken: 🍗
• Remove each drumstick from the buttermilk and let any excess drip off.
• Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, pressing it down to make sure it’s fully coated with the seasoned flour. 🌟

4. Fry the Chicken: 🔥
• Heat oil 🛢️ in a large skillet or deep pan over medium-high heat.
• Carefully place the chicken pieces in the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
• Fry each side for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked through (the internal temperature should be 165°F/74°C) 🌡️.
• Remove the fried chicken and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil. 🍗

5. Make the Honey Butter Sauce: 🍯🧈
• In a small saucepan, melt the butter 🧈 over low heat.
• Stir in the honey 🍯 and let the mixture simmer for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully combined and warm. 💫

6. Drizzle and Serve: 😋
• Place the fried chicken on a serving platter and drizzle the honey butter sauce all over the chicken. 🍗🍯✨
• Serve immediately and enjoy the sweet, crispy goodness! 😍🍴

Tip: Add a little extra honey drizzle just before serving for an extra touch of sweetness! 🍯
