Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
These warm, cheesy garlic chicken wraps are loaded with flavor and make the perfect quick meal or snack!
Ingredients:
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 4 large flour tortillas
• 1 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Cook Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until chicken is golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Set aside.
2. Prepare Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, combine mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, and chopped parsley. Mix until well blended.
3. Assemble Wraps: Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread 1/4 of the cheese mixture in the center, add a portion of the cooked chicken, and fold the sides of the tortilla to wrap it securely.
4. Toast Wraps: In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the outside of each wrap with garlic butter. In a skillet over medium heat, toast each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
5. Serve: Slice wraps in half and enjoy warm.
