Quick & Zesty Chicken Fajitas 

These easy, flavorful chicken fajitas are perfect for a fast weeknight dinner everyone will love!

Ingredients:

• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
• 8 small flour tortillas
• Fresh cilantro, for garnish
• Lime wedges, for serving


Directions:

1. Marinate Chicken: In a large bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
2. Cook Chicken: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Cook Veggies: In the same skillet, add bell peppers and onion. Sauté until softened and slightly charred, about 5 minutes.
4. Combine & Serve: Return the chicken to the skillet and stir to combine with the vegetables. Heat through for 1-2 minutes.
5. Assemble Fajitas: Spoon the chicken and veggies into warm tortillas. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
