Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs – these are seriously addicting!
Ingredients:
1 can (8 count) Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Biscuits:
Open the can of Pillsbury Grands! Biscuits and separate them. Cut each biscuit in half to make 16 pieces.
Stuff the Biscuits:
Place a spoonful of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit half. Pinch the edges of the biscuit together to seal the cheese inside, creating a ball shape. Place the cheese-stuffed biscuit balls on the prepared baking sheet.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, dried parsley, onion powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir to mix well.
Coat the Biscuits:
Brush each biscuit ball generously with the garlic butter mixture. Make sure they’re all coated with that delicious garlic butter!
Bake the Biscuits:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
Serve:
Serve the Pillsbury Biscuit Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs warm, with a side of marinara sauce for dipping if desired. Enjoy these cheesy, garlicky delights!
