Cheese Tortellini Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

Ingredients:
– 16 ounces Cheese Stuffed Tortellini, cooked according to package instructions
– 2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
– 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
– 2 cups Whole Milk
– ½ teaspoon Dry Italian Seasoning
– 8 ounces Original Velveeta Cheese, cubed
– 2 cups Shredded Cheese Blend (mozzarella-based)
– 2 ounces Pepperoni, quartered
– ½ cup Pizza Sauce
– Sliced Pepperoni, for topping
– 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a 3-quart pot over medium heat, cook chopped garlic in olive oil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute or until golden.
3. Add whole milk and dry Italian seasoning to the pot. Stir and heat until the milk begins to steam.
4. Reduce heat, then add cubed Velveeta cheese and shredded cheese blend. Stir until melted and smooth.
5. Turn off the heat but keep the pot on the burner. Add cooked tortellini and quartered pepperoni to the cheese sauce. Stir for 1 minute to combine evenly.
6. Transfer the cheesy tortellini mixture to a casserole dish.
7. Dollop pizza sauce on top of the mixture and gently swirl it into the cheesy tortellini without fully mixing.
8. Layer slices of pepperoni on top of the sauce, then sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.
9. Bake the casserole uncovered on the center rack of the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Broil on high for an additional 3-4 minutes to brown the cheese topping.
