Savory Reuben Bake

Ingredients:

2 tubes (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough 
½ lb sliced corned beef 
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can (14 oz) sauerkraut, drained
½ cup Thousand Island dressing 
1 egg, beaten 
1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)

Crescent Reuben Bake


Instructions:

Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Form the Crust: Unroll one tube of crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of the dish.
Layer the Ingredients: Layer half the corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and drizzle half of the Thousand Island dressing over the top.
Repeat: Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
Top with Dough: Unroll the second tube of crescent roll dough and lay it over the top, pinching the edges to seal.
Egg Wash & Bake: Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle with caraway seeds if using. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy the cheesy, tangy deliciousness!

Cook Time: 25 minutes
