White Chocolate Blueberry Bars
These White Chocolate Blueberry Bars are a dreamy mix of sweet blueberries and creamy white chocolate on a buttery graham crust—perfect for any gathering!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, pressing the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and the blueberries have softened (about 5-7 minutes). Set aside to cool slightly.
Spread the blueberry mixture evenly over the graham cracker crust.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, stirring until fully combined.
Pour the white chocolate mixture over the blueberry layer, smoothing it out.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the edges are lightly browned and the white chocolate layer is set.
Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Enjoy these delicious, crowd-pleasing White Chocolate Blueberry Bars!
