Shrimp and Pepper Stir-Fry Recipes  
Ingredients:
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Sauce: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water until smooth. Set aside.

Cook the Shrimp: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes, or until they are pink and opaque. Transfer shrimp to a plate.

Sauté Aromatics: Using the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil, garlic, and onions. Sauté for 1-2 minutes or until onions become soft and fragrant.

Cook the Bell Peppers: Add the bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are just tender but still crisp.


Combine and Serve: Return the shrimp to the skillet. Pour in the sauce and stir well to combine. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through. Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Serve immediately.
