Ingredients:
For the Lobster:
4 lobster tails
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Grilled Shrimp & Lobster Tail

For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Wooden skewers (soaked in water for 30 minutes)

Instructions:
Prepare the Lobster:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the middle, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the lobster meat out of the shell and place it on top, still attached at the tail end.
In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush the lobster tails generously with this mixture.
Prepare the Shrimp:
In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Thread the shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers.
Grill the Lobster and Shrimp:
Grill the lobster tails, meat-side down, for about 5 minutes. Flip them over and continue grilling for another 5-7 minutes, basting occasionally with the garlic butter mixture, until the lobster meat is opaque and firm.
Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and cooked through.
Serve:
Arrange the grilled lobster and shrimp on a platter. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon wedges for squeezing over the seafood.
Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes like grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
