Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
Savory Bacon Cheeseburger Bake
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy cream
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup pickles, chopped
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, adding the onion, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic as it browns. Cook until the beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
Spread the cooked beef mixture into the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, eggs, mustard, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the beef in the casserole dish.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the casserole is set.
Garnish with chopped pickles before serving.
