Grilled Chicken, Broccoli, and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked, grilled chicken breast, diced
2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste

Grilled Chicken Legs


Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly.
Mix together cooked rice, grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
Top with additional shredded cheese, covering the top generously.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly with a golden brown color.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and serve warm.
