Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Potatoes
Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
For the Potatoes
1 lb baby potatoes, cut into quarters
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Cook the Potatoes:
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add the potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and fork-tender.
Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Steak Bites:
In the same skillet, add olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet.
Sear the steak bites for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Combine and Add Garlic Butter:
In the same skillet, lower the heat and add butter and garlic. Stir until the garlic is fragrant.
Return the potatoes and steak bites to the skillet, tossing everything in the garlic butter sauce.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh thyme or parsley for garnish. Serve hot and enjoy!
