Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each, skinless)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
1 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)
Directions:
Prepare Salmon: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Sear Salmon: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon fillets and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and simmer for 2 minutes, reducing slightly.
Add Cream & Cheese: Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Simmer gently, stirring until sauce thickens.
Add Herbs: Stir in fresh parsley, dill, and chives.
Combine: Return salmon to the skillet, spooning sauce over each fillet. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve: Plate salmon with a generous drizzle of sauce. Pairs beautifully with rice or roasted vegetables!
