Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps
These wraps are loaded with juicy garlic chicken, melted cheese, and fresh veggies, all packed in a toasty tortilla for a quick, tasty meal!

Ingredients:
For the Chicken:

1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Wraps:

4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup ranch or garlic aioli sauce (optional, for extra flavor)

Directions:
Cook the Chicken:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add chicken slices, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and golden. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Wraps:

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of ranch or garlic aioli if using.
Add a portion of cooked garlic chicken to the center, then sprinkle generously with shredded cheese.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion slices.
Toast the Wraps:

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly.
Place the wrap seam-side down in a preheated skillet or pan over medium heat, pressing gently. Toast each side for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve:

Slice the wraps in half and serve warm. Enjoy with extra dipping sauce if desired!
