Recipe for Spaghetti Capuliato

Ingredients for the Pesto:

• 200 g dried tomatoes
• 10 basil leaves
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 chili pepper (whole if you like it spicy)
• Oregano as needed
• 30 ml olive oil

Directions for the Pesto:

1. Finely chop the dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, and chili pepper.
2. Mix in the olive oil and oregano to make a pesto.

Ingredients for the Spaghetti:

• 200 g spaghetti
• Salt for boiling water
• Breadcrumbs

Directions for the Spaghetti:

1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 minutes.
2. In a pan, toast breadcrumbs until brown, set aside.
3. In another pan, heat two tablespoons of the pesto.
4. Drain spaghetti, saving some of the cooking water.
5. Add spaghetti to the pan with pesto, adding some cooking water to mix well.
6. Serve the spaghetti with toasted breadcrumbs on top.
