1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients as per the package)
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup hot fudge sauce (divided)
1 cup chocolate chips
Whipped cream (for topping)
Extra hot fudge sauce (for drizzling)
Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (for garnish)
Instructions
Prep the Pan:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan generously.
Make the Brownie Base:
Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the package. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out mostly clean. Cool slightly.
Create the Cheesecake Layer:
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Assemble the Layers:
Spread half the hot fudge sauce over the cooled brownie layer.
Pour the cream cheese mixture on top and smooth it out.
