Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Peppers

A delicious and easy-to-make dish perfect for dinner! Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

4 large bell peppers (any color, tops cut off and seeds removed)

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

1 cup cooked rice or quinoa (optional, for added texture)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped parsley or green onions, for garnish



Instructions:

1. Prepare the Peppers:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers, remove seeds, and set them aside.

2. Make the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, 3/4 cup of shredded cheese, cooked rice or quinoa (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3. Stuff the Peppers:
Fill each bell pepper with the chicken mixture, packing it tightly. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish.

4. Bake the Peppers:
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the peppers, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

5. Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley or green onions, and serve hot.
