Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches

Love ranch and bacon? You’ve got to try these Slow Cooker Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwiches

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 packet ranch dressing mix
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1/2 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 6 large buns
• Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion slices



Directions:

1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
2. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing mix, cream cheese, and mayonnaise. Spread over chicken.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
4. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir in cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
5. Serve on buns with optional toppings like lettuce, tomato, and onion.
