Chili Cheese Dog Casserole
Ingredients:

• 1 package crescent roll dough
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 2 cups canned chili with beans
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 6-8 cocktail sausages or hot dogs, cut into small pieces
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• Salt and pepper, to taste



Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

3. Add ground beef, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles as it cooks.

4. Stir in the canned chili with beans and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

5. Roll out the crescent dough and press it into the bottom of a greased baking dish. Make sure the edges are slightly raised to hold the toppings.

6. Spread the chili mixture evenly over the crescent dough.

7. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the chili.

8. Scatter the hot dog pieces across the dish, pressing them lightly into the mixture.
9. Top with the remaining shredded cheeses.

10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and slightly golden.
11. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
