Ghost Pepper Steak with Haunted Bourbon Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
4 steaks (your choice of cut)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup bourbon
1/4 tsp ghost pepper powder (or to taste)
Instructions:
Cook Steaks: Season steaks and cook to preferred doneness.
Make the Sauce: In a small pan, combine cream, bourbon, and ghost pepper powder. Simmer until thickened.
Serve: Drizzle sauce over steaks and serve with a side of vegetables or mashed potatoes.
