Lemon-Pepper Air-Fryer Shrimp and Veggies Ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need to make this air-fryer shrimp and vegetables.

Shrimp: Look for shrimp labeled 26/30. That means there are 26-30 shrimp per pound.
Lemons: Fresh lemon juice helps ramp up the bright flavor in this dish.
Olive Oil: The small amount of olive oil balances the acid in the lemon juice and helps the seasonings coat the shrimp and vegetables.
Lemon-Pepper Seasoning: This usually contains lemon zest, black pepper, garlic, and a combination of spices like oregano, thyme, celery seed, and cayenne.
Spices: Garlic powder, paprika, and a small amount of salt help round out the flavor.
Vegetables: Cut them into similar sizes so they’ll cook at the same rate.
